In a rare instance where you have received product that is not in compliance with the terms of our purchase agreement and is in any way materially different from the control or production samples sent to you, the cost for the defective item is 100% reimbursed upon confirmation of the claim’s legitimacy. Claims must be made within 20 days of receipt of product.  Because production contracts are signed with an American corporation and provide recourse in US courts, your legal rights are secure.
